For 450g, 500g, 950g and 1kg yeogurt pots and 200g crème fraiche, peel back the tab on the side of the yeogurt pot, just above where the zip is printed. This turns into a detachable sleeve and, when you remove it from the pot, you will find instructions on the right-hand side panel. For the 4-packs, instructions can be found on the reverse of the sleeve.
For milk, peel back the label on the front of your milk bottle, where it says “peel here”. When you remove it from the bottle, you will find instructions on the centre panel. For butter, unfold the tabs to reveal the entry instructions on the underside of the wrapper.
For 450g, 500g, 950g and 1kg yeogurt pots and 200g crème fraiche, peel back the lid of your yeogurt pot to reveal the code. Just lick or wash it clean of yeogurt and you’ll find a box containing your special code. For the 4-packs, you will find your code on the reverse of the sleeve.
For milk the code is on the reverse of the label as well, in a box on the bottom right of the label. For butter, the code is in a box above the entry instructions on the underside of the wrapper.
Check that you’re entering your code correctly: the codes contain exactly ten letters (no numbers). All codes will start with one of the following letters: C, F, M, P, T, Y. Note that the codes are case sensitive. Please double check that you are not entering a code from a pot of Yeo Valley Limited Edition 0% Fat Orange, Carrot & Mango Yeogurt or Yeo Valley Blood Orange & Caramel Yeogurt.
On Yeo Valley Limited Edition 0% Fat Orange, Carrot & Mango Yeogurt, there is another offer to win a Cuisinart juicer featuring different 10-letter codes. On Yeo Valley Blood Orange & Caramel Yeogurt, there is a different offer to win a Bramley pampering pack featuring different 10-letter codes. (all of which start with W).
None of these other codes will work on the Win a Campervan offer.
As the code is made up of small lines, we find that if you hold the sleeve at a distance, the code stands out far more clearly.
This adds extra security when inputting your details. We need to check that the code is being entered by a human being, rather than by computer!
We need your winning pack featuring the code as actual proof that you have won a first prize, as an extra level of confirmation in addition to the email that you will be sent if you have won a prize. This is standard practice for a prize promotion.
So we can easily and quickly contact you if you win. We will never send you anything or share your details without your permission.
We find that nearly all of our consumers are familiar with the online application process. Our customer service team are busy answering all your questions about our delicious yeogurts, so we have created this list of commonly asked questions about our Win a Campervan offer, to save you having to call them.
